University Data and Analytics is launching the 2026 Incoming First-Year and Transfer Student Surveys on Monday, July 6. These annual surveys capture invaluable insights into the experiences of incoming students, including their journey through admissions, their decision to attend NC State, their experiences with New Student Orientation, and their interests regarding their undergraduate education.

Students who are eligible to complete the survey will receive an email invitation to participate in the survey after attending New Student Orientation. As a token of appreciation for their participation, all students who complete the survey will be entered into random drawings to receive one of several Amazon e-gift cards. The survey, which should take less than 15 minutes to complete, closes on September 2.
