The University and Data analytics office is responsible for administering or facilitating the administration of institution-wide surveys of NC State employees. Colleges and divisions across campus use results to assess and improve employee well-being and engagement, and in recruitment and retention efforts. Recurring Surveys

• Faculty Surveys: Collaboration on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) Survey A triennial, national survey (e.g., Spring 2015, Spring 2018, Spring 2021) of pre-tenured, tenured, and professional track faculty
• Employee Engagement Survey
  A biennial (e.g., Spring 2018, Spring 2020, Spring 2022) UNC system-wide survey of all permanent, full-time employees
