Between Oct. 21 and Nov. 11, 2026, NC State faculty and staff once again have the opportunity to participate in the university’s Employee Engagement Survey. The survey was sent to all permanent full-time (75% time or more) faculty and staff who were employed as of July 1, 2026.

NC State has engaged ModernThink, an independent management consulting firm, to administer the survey. On Oct. 21, ModernThink sent a unique survey link to each employee. If you did not receive the email, call the ModernThink helpline at (888) 684-4658.

This biennial online survey, which was first administered in 2018, documents employee satisfaction in a variety of subject areas, including employee well-being, job satisfaction, communication, professional development and supervisor effectiveness. Results from past administrations and more information about the 2026 survey are available on the UDA website.
